Hoot Issue 1 With Free Pencil Topper

About Hoot Issue 1 With Free Pencil Topper

Hoot was the last humour anthology comic from D.C Thompson to feature new characters e.g. The Old Ones (parody of The Young Ones) and strip Harry and William (controversial for obvious reasons)

What's interesting

Many of the comic strips in Hoot continued after a merger with the Dandy e.g. Spotted Dick, Cuddles, Piggles etc
