About Thunderbird 3 Studio Prop Replica
The only thing that changed from the Derek Medding's initial design sketches to the one we know and love was the craft was originally called Rescue 3
What's interesting
TB3 design was inspired by Russian Soyuz spacecraft of the time. This prop replica comes mounted on a base with a clear acrylic cover. Each prop has a brass plaque and a certificate signed by Gerry Anderson.
