Weird Mystery Tales Dc 4

About Weird Mystery Tales Dc 4

In 1971, DC changed the format of their standard 15¢ 32 page comics format to 48 pages for 25¢. This new price tag however conflicted with the the existing DC's Super-Giant and DC's Special range that were actually better value at 25¢ for 64 pages , realising this commercial marketing blunder rather than raise the price of their 64 page giants DC created the new 100 page format for 50c

What's interesting

DC #4 was the first true 100 page issue and the fan favourite cover by Swamp Thing co-creator Bernie Wrightson makes it an essential addition to your collection
